Cancellation Policy

I understand things happen. However, to ensure the salon runs efficiently we have a cancellation policy in place. All no call and no show appointments will be charged 100% of the appointment cost. All cancellations within 24hr of the appointment time will be charged 50% of the appointment cost. Clients that arrive 15 minutes late may be required to reschedule and charged 50% of the appointment cost.
